SoapWorks has two residential blocks for sale, each with its own letting route. In Block A you can take an optional contracted NET rent for the first 12 months. In Block B you can let short term. In either block you can let long term through any agent you choose, or occupy the apartment yourself. Prices start at £201,950, with £5,000 to reserve.
